Session 1: Laying The Foundation: BECOME AWARE OF YOUR BODY/MIND CONNECTION. All the sessions will only take you only 30 minutes a day. During these first 5 days, we are creating the foundation for this program.
You are becoming aware of your mind-body connection. Your subconscious mind controls everything – including cell growth. Even though you may be doing all the right things for your body, your fat may hang around a little longer than you’d like. In this program we will instruct the subconscious mind to let go of the fat.
Session 2: WHAT THE MIND CAN CONCEIVE THE BODY WILL ACHIEVE. In this session, you will learn that what the mind can conceive the body will achieve. In this session you will go back in time to the root of the problem. Sometimes just getting an understanding of what’s causing you to gain weight can help it resolve on it’s own. Your thoughts become your reality. You begin to re-program your thoughts about eating.
Session 3: TRUST YOUR NATURAL APPETITE AND ELIMINATE EMOTIONALLY DRIVEN FOOD CRAVINGS. In this session you will learn to trust your natural appetite and eliminate emotionally driven food cravings. Learn to drink more water. Not only will water help you to reduce weight, it will help you with a wide range of other ailments, including stress, depression, fatigue, allergies, arthritis, and digestion problems… just to name a few. The effect that water has on the body is enormous. The suggestions in this program will help you to begin to reduce weight by drinking water and reminding you to replace other beverages with water.
Session 4: SET YOUR APPETITE AT THE RIGHT LEVEL FOR YOUR BODY AND LIFESTYLE. Take control! Here is where you learn to set your appetite at the right level for your body and lifestyle. This week the focus will be on healthy eating habits. After this week’s sessions, you will look at food in a whole new way and enjoy eating nutritious foods.
Session 5: ELIMINATE UNHEALTHY FOOD ADDITIONS AND ALTER EATING PATTERNS TO REACH AND MAINTAIN DESIRED WEIGHT. Eliminate unhealthy food addictions and alter eating patterns to reach and maintain your desired weight. You will work with a hypnosis technique for turning up your metabolism and get it working at a level to help you to burn calories and increase your energy.
Session 6: SEE YOURSELF IN YOUR NEW, HEALTHY AND ATTRACTIVE BODY. See your new self! The ‘you’ that you want to be, will be and deserve to be.
